Agreement
These Terms apply to shepherdshortys.com and orders sold by Shepherd Shorty's, LLC, doing business as Shepherd Shorty's. By placing an order through the checkout linked from this site, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked below. You must be able to enter into a binding purchase agreement in your jurisdiction.
Product and pricing
Shepherd Shorty's is sold in tins containing 18 shortbread cookies. The price is $29.95 USD per tin, plus $16 USD flat-rate shipping per order and applicable sales tax. Tax is calculated and added at checkout where required. We do not currently accept promotion codes.
Product photographs and colors may appear slightly different depending on the display used. Packaging may change without materially changing the product.
Orders and payment
Payment is processed through Stripe. We may reject or cancel an order because of an incorrect price or description, suspected fraud or misuse, an unsupported delivery address, product or fulfillment unavailability, or another lawful reason. If we cancel a paid order before anything ships, we will promptly refund the product price, shipping charge, and applicable tax.
Customers may order up to 100 tins per order. All quantities remain subject to availability and fulfillment capacity. For help with a large order, please contact support@shepherdshortys.com before purchasing.
Shipping, cancellations, and refunds
Our Shipping Policy and Refund and Cancellation Policy are part of these Terms. They explain eligible destinations, shipping charges, delays, cancellations, damaged packages, replacements, and refunds.
Food and allergen information
Ingredients: All purpose flour, granulated sugar, salted butter, cornstarch.
Contains: Milk, Wheat.
Always read the ingredient, allergen, storage, and other information on the current physical package before consuming the product. Website descriptions do not replace package information and warnings. Do not consume a product if its packaging arrived open, damaged, or compromised, if it appears spoiled or unsafe, or if you have an allergy or dietary concern that has not been resolved. Contact support@shepherdshortys.com before ordering with ingredient or allergen questions.
Website content and acceptable use
The text, branding, artwork, photographs, and other site content are owned by Shepherd Shorty's or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site only for personal, lawful shopping and information. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it at scale, or use its content or branding to misrepresent an affiliation with us.
Third-party services
The site links to services operated by others, including Stripe for checkout. Their terms and privacy practices also apply when you use their services. These providers assist us but do not replace Shepherd Shorty's, LLC as the seller responsible for your order.
Disclaimers and liability
We work to keep product and website information accurate, but the site may occasionally contain errors or be unavailable. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when an order was placed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any warranty, remedy, consumer right, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled when you browse, order, or contact us.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This choice does not deprive a consumer of any mandatory protection provided by the law of the consumer's home jurisdiction.
Changes and severability
We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version and effective date. The version in effect when an order is placed applies to that order. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
